2. SHIPPING COSTS

Claire & Evie offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

3. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Once your order is placed, here is what you can expect:

  • Processing Time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday)
  • Transit Time: 4 to 9 business days (Monday through Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6 to 12 business days from order placement
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day, which may extend your delivery estimate by one additional day

Important Notice: Our products ship from our distribution center located in China. The timeframes provided above are estimates and may be subject to delays due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, or severe weather conditions beyond our control.

4. DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Claire & Evie ships exclusively to residential and commercial addresses within the United States. We are currently unable to ship to the following:

  • PO Box addresses
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • Restricted or inaccessible delivery zones

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

5. FAILED DELIVERIES AND RETURNED SHIPMENTS

In cases where delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or other delivery failures, packages may be returned to our facility. If this occurs, we will reach out to you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery, particularly if the original delivery failure was due to an error in the address you provided.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Our customer service team will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
