RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND TIMEFRAME
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and documentation intact.
TYPES OF RETURNS
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We will cover all return shipping costs.
- Personal Preference Returns: You are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or processing fees.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Email us at support@claire-evie.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 business hours with a return authorization and return address.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Please retain proof of shipment until your refund is fully processed.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once issued.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, contact our customer service team and we will guide you through the process.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned once opened or used for hygiene or safety reasons. These are clearly identified on their product pages.
